We take a flexible approach with clients when transacting via the Internet. Our e-commerce function puts a web front-end onto our main systems allowing access to real-time data. Additional features, accessed by a security code, include information on unique styles, direct order entry, order status, dispatch status. The advantage of this approach is that clients see the same information as the in-house applications, updated in real time and served from a robust and scalable system. This system can be adapted to accommodate client specific ranges and requirements.
